meansthePersonalDataProtectionAct2012ofSingapore，includingallamendmentstheretoandsubsidiarylegislationenactedthereunder，whethernoworinthefuture.

PersonalData"

meansdata，whethertrueornot，aboutanindividualwhocanbeidentified（a）fromthatdata;or（b）fromthatdataandotherinformationtowhichapartyhasorislikelytohaveaccess.

“Process，”

inrelationtoPersonalData，meansthecarryingoutofanyoperationorsetofoperationsinrelationtothePersonalData，includingwithoutlimitationtorecording，holding，organising，adapting，altering，modifying，retrieving，combining，transmitting，erasing，ordestroying，and“Processing”

shallbeconstruedaccordingly.

1.2AnycapitalisedtermnotdefinedhereinshallhavethemeaningascribedtothemintheAgreement.

2.PersonalDatawecollectaboutyou
